Building Capacities of Stakeholders to Minimize the Social Costs and Harness the Development Potential of Migration
The Quezon provincial government trained its Public Employment Service Office (PESO) personnel in conducting Pre-Migration Orientation of Seminar (PMOS). The training conducted on March 6-7, 2018 at St. Jude Coop Hotel and Events Center was attended by 17 participants.
The Department of Education (DepEd) CALABARZON in partnership with Atikha trained 59 teachers to implement its school-based program for children and families of migrants. The training was conducted at Casa Palmera Hotel in San Pablo City, Laguna on October 2-4, 2018.
Forty-eight GAD Focal Persons and teachers from the different state universities in CALABARZON participated in the Gender Responsive Family and Income Management Training (GRFIMT). The training conducted by Atikha was held in AVEC Hall, Laguna State Polytechnic University last August 29-30,2018
